William J. Bly, born in Los Angeles, Ca. raised in a family of cooks and culinary chefs, Chef Bly grew up honing his skills by watching his mother and grandmother as they both prepared family meals with meticulousness and care.After relocating to Memphis Tn., Chef Bly was the youngest employee at Schering Plough Corporation. Working in the kitchen preparing breakfast, lunch & dinner for the entire staff, and even learned about purchasing food, budgeting, and creating cohesive meals.
